Atlas Copco filters
Atlas Copco filters
Based on many years of experience in the field of air compression, as a result of continuous in-depth research and testing, Atlas Copco has developed a complete range of the most renowned DD, DDp, PD, PDp and QD filters in accordance with the latest international standards.
These filters effectively contain all types of contamination with minimal pressure drop. Atlas Copco compressed air filters can be used individually in a pneumatic system, or for the highest level of vapor filtration - a DD / DDp pre-filter and a PD / PDp fine filter.
Atlas copco air filter - information
Pollution particles, the number of which in 1m3 of air in an industrial zone is up to 140 million, become the main threat to the efficient operation of pneumatic installations. Almost 80% of the contaminants are particles smaller than 2 microns, which allows them to freely penetrate the compressor's standard internal filters into the compressed air network.
When compressed, all these contaminants can combine with condensation, limescale and rust in the pipelines to form aggressive emulsions. Atlas Copco filters are hygienically certified by the National Institute of Public Health.
