We offer piston compressors with oil lubrication, one- and two-stage in the basic pressure range up to 10 or 11 bar and installed in expansion tanks from 10 to 500 liters.

The range of electric motors is from 1.1 kW to 7.5 kW and a voltage of 230V / 50Hz / 1Ph to 2.2 kW and 400V / 50Hz / 3Ph above 2.2 kW and a belt or linear drive directly from the motor. We also offer piston compressors, oil compressors with an internal combustion engine and Atlas Copco oil compressors .

The extension of this category are air compressors with oil lubrication Atlas Copco L series. They are compressors with the highest durability and are dedicated to work in difficult and demanding conditions. Atlas Copco L-series piston compressors can be offered with pressures up to 10, 15, 20 or 30 bar and motors from 1.5 to 11 kW (power supply 230V / 50Hz / 1Ph or 400V / 50Hz / 3Ph).

They can be mounted on a frame or on an expansion tank of 90, 270 or 500 liters.

Optionally, they can also be equipped with a refrigerant dryer installed on the expansion tank.

We also offer an Atlas Copco air compressor - LT KE series

Oil-free compressors

Reciprocating - air cooled where air quality is critical to the end product and production processes

The main group of air compressors in this category is the AH Automan Atlas Copco series of compressors with max. operating pressure of 8 bar.

For industrial applications, we recommend the Atlas Copco oil-free air compressor - LFx and LF series with max. working pressure of 10 bar.

Atlas Copco compressors of the LFx and LF series are certified by the National Institute of Hygiene, which allows them to work in Water Treatment Stations.

Screw compressors

It is the largest group of compressors that we can offer to our customers. Offering screw air compressors to our customers, we guarantee the highest quality, proven technology and reliability of Atlas Copco devices.

As a standard, our offer includes oil-injected screw compressors , air-cooled and powered by an electric motor with a power of 2.2 kW up to 200 kW. We offer several groups of compressors depending on the user's needs. The main group of screw compressors in our offer consists of:

  • Atlas Copco screw compressors, GX series; (2.2 - 7.5 kW) (one pressure setting - 10 bar and capacity up to max. 840 l / min)
  • Atlas Copco G series screw compressors (7.5 - 22 kW) (pressure versions 7.5 - 10 - 13 bar and capacity max. 3 720 l / min)

These are proven designs of screw compressors that have been working reliably for our customers for over 20 years. The possibility of any configuration of a screw compressor in a building with a refrigeration dryer, compressed air filters, a condensate separator or on an expansion tank allows you to create a complete compressed air production center on a very small area, e.g. 2 m2.

A special group is the Atlas Copco GA series compressors, which guarantee the highest level of technological advancement and the best parameters in terms of the possibility of producing compressed air with the lowest electricity consumption.

We recommend our customers screw compressors equipped with an inverter for the electric motor - Atlas Copco VSD technology . Thanks to the use of an inverter, the air compressor can produce almost exactly the amount of compressed air that is currently needed to implement production processes and use only as much energy as is necessary for this purpose. The operating pressure range of compressors with an inverter is between 4 and 13 bar. The inverter versions are available for motors from 5.5 kW to 200 kW and operate in the range from 20 to 100% of their power.

Inverter compressors allow us to save electricity and thus protect our environment through the optimal use of energy.

This group of compressors also allows you to configure the air compressor according to the exact needs of the customer by selecting many options, such as:

  • water cooling,
  • different voltage versions for the electric motor,
  • linear drive from the electric motor (standard for GA version Atlas Copco from 11 kW)
  • engine cooling with compressor oil (GA VSD + Atlas Copco versions)
  • built-in electric energy recovery module through the exchanger
  • built-in refrigerant dryer, filters, condensate drains, cyclone separators
  • special versions for operation at elevated temperatures or very unfavorable weather conditions,
  • extensive microprocessor control of the compressor, including on-line functions for work control and service notifications about faults, emergency modes or upcoming periodic inspections.

Oil-injected screw compressors are the most dynamically developing group of devices on the market. Engineers from Atlas Copco production plants are constantly working on their continuous development to make them the most perfect devices on the market.

Our range of compressors, not listed on our website, also includes oil-free screw compressors, single and two-stage compressors (Z series) and water-injected oil-free compressors (AQ series) - for details, please send your inquiry in the contact form .

Oil-free spiral air compressor

Our offer also includes Atlas Copco air-cooled oil-free scroll compressors - SF series. These compressors are specially designed for applications where the oil-free quality of the compressed air is critical to the end product and production processes.

The scope of our offer includes air compressors with a pressure of max. 8 or 10 bar, in a soundproofing building, with the possibility of placing it on the equalizing tank. We can offer a scroll compressor with a power from 1.5 kW up to 22 kW (Multicore 4 x 5.5kW version)

The biggest advantage of scroll compressors is their very low noise level - even 53 dB! which enables them to work e.g. directly in the laboratory at the stands.

Atlas Copco SF compressors are also certified by the National Institute of Hygiene, which allows them to work in Water Treatment Stations.

Compressors for medical purposes

Compressors for medical purposes are a separate group, including Atlas Copco piston and oil-free scroll compressors based on the basic compressors of this manufacturer - LFx, LF or SF models. Their equipment is tailored to the needs of users from this sector.

The white color of compressors and tanks already suggests their purpose to the recipients, and the optional equipment allows you to perfectly configure the air compressor for the user's needs.

The air compressor from the LFx MED series together with additional equipment such as an adsorption dryer or a membrane dryer are perfect for dental or prosthetic offices.

In order to use compressed air in anesthesiology, we suggest equipping the compressor room with MED Atlas Copco medical kits, thanks to which it will be possible to obtain certified, compressed air in accordance with the European Faramkopea standard and in accordance with the MDD93 / 42 / EEC, EN ISO 7396-1 and ISO 14971 standards

Air compressors - frequently asked questions

    • Which compressor to choose reciprocating or screw?

The compressor should be selected specifically for the requirements of the technological process in which compressed air is used. The choice between a reciprocating or screw compressor mainly depends on the compressed air consumption. When the consumption of compressed air exceeds 800 l / min at a pressure of 7 bar, your interest should be directed to screw compressors, because only they will enable the production of such an amount of compressed air in a continuous manner without losing the durability of the compressor. When we use compressed air max. up to 800 l / min at 7 bar in a very cyclical but not continuous manner, a reciprocating compressor will be a good choice, which is cheaper to buy and operate.
    • What capacity and pressure should the compressor choose?

In order to correctly select the compressor, it is necessary to perform the balance of compressed air consumption by all tools and devices used in the plant. Data on compressed air consumption and the required operating pressure can be found in the technical data of the devices. On the basis of the balance, information about the maximum compressed air consumption (the sum of all devices) and the highest required pressure (the highest value for all devices) will be obtained. The obtained value, e.g. 2500 l / min and a pressure of 6.5 bar, must be adjusted by the coefficient of simultaneous operation of the devices (whether they all work at the same time - as this is 100%) and the coefficient of continuous operation of the device (whether compressed air is used continuously or periodically?). Most often, these coefficients reach a value in the range of 40 - 60%, in this way we get the value of the average compressed air consumption at the level of 600 l / min at max. pressure of 6.5 bar ((2500 l / min x 40%) x 60%)). If we want to choose a screw compressor, it must have an FAD capacity of not less than 600 l / min, if we want to choose a reciprocating compressor, it must have an FAD capacity of not less than 600 l / min x 2 (50:50 operation), i.e. 1200 l / min. In both cases the minimum pressure is 6.5 bar - standard 10 bar version for reciprocating compressors but 8 bar version for screw compressors.
    • The maximum compression pressure of the compressor - 8, 10 or maybe 13 bar, is it important?

When choosing the maximum compression pressure, we must always take into account the highest pressure of the equipment we supply ... if they all work at 6.5 bar - choose a compressor with a working pressure of 8 bar and set it so that it automatically turns on at 7 bar (unfortunately, it is often impossible to control compressor operation using a pressure switch - reciprocating compressors or basic screw compressors) - then we choose the 10 bar version. In the case of screw compressors controlled by a controller and digital pressure measurement, it makes no sense to choose a higher compressor pressure than we really need - it is economically unjustified. Higher compression pressure results in lower compressor efficiency, higher electricity consumption and increased compressor wear due to higher compressor operating temperature.
    • Oil or oil-free compressor?

In order to answer this question, it is necessary to specify the requirements of technological processes for which compressed air is used. Some applications require only oil-free air and we have no choice then - it must be an oil-free compressor. In other cases, oil compressors should be selected that require constant and periodic inspection.
    • Are oil-free compressors durable?

Yes, oil-free compressors are durable as long as they are used as intended. Always select the capacity reserve for the compressor - this is a safe 50% reserve. If I use 100 l / min at 7 bar - then the compressor must have a capacity (FAD) of 200 l / min. Small oil-free compressors are not adapted to continuous operation, in such operation their durability and lifetime are significantly reduced!
    • Does the size of the expansion tank matter?

Yes, the size of the expansion tank is very important for reciprocating compressors. Manufacturers usually choose the size of the tank to ensure optimal operation of the compressor. A larger tank for a reciprocating compressor will provide a greater supply of compressed air, but will not solve the problem when the compressor has too low capacity. In the case of screw compressors - the size of the tank is not important as they are designed for continuous operation and the tank is to allow smooth operation of the compressor so that it does not reach the maximum pressure too early. For screw compressors, the expansion tank should be selected according to the compressor power. For compressors with inverter, the expansion tank is often redundant when the compressed air installation is large enough to ensure smooth operation of the compressor.

    • There is no compressed air - maybe buy a second tank?

Unfortunately, this is a common mistake. Compressed air is only compressed to 8, 10 or 13 bar and the air supply in the additional tank will be quickly used up and in both tanks we will have a pressure of 4-5 bar, which will prevent our devices from working. Continuous intake of compressed air above the capacity of the compressor cannot be compensated by purchasing an additional tank.

Unfortunately, it will be inevitable to buy a second compressor or replace it with a larger compressor currently in use.
