Business Days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
Consumer – A natural person performing a legal transaction with the Entrepreneur not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Buyer – Any entity purchasing from the Store.

1. The prices shown in the Store are Gross (including VAT) or Net, depending on the view selected, expressed in PLN, EUR, or USD.

2. The order is placed when the Buyer confirms the content and accepts the Regulations.

3. The sales contract is concluded when the Store confirms acceptance of the order for processing (by email).

The Store accepts the following payment methods:

1. We ship worldwide via DPD, DHL, or InPost.

2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Delivery time within the EU is typically 2-5 business days.

1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. To exercise this right, notify us at sklep@pneumatig.eu.

4. The Buyer covers the direct cost of returning the item.

5. We will refund payments using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.

1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.

2. In case of defects, the Consumer can submit a complaint under the statutory warranty laws.

3. Complaints should be sent to sklep@pneumatig.eu.

4. We will respond to complaints within 14 days.

1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, Polish law shall apply.

2. For business clients (B2B), the competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's seat.
