The electric screwdriver is equipped with a built-in screw counter, which can be easily configured using the buttons located on the housing. The following parameters are configurable:
- Activation of the soft start function.
- Slow start time (from 0 - 9.9 seconds).
- Slow start initial speed (from 30% - 100%).
- Countdown direction (up / down).
- Countdown range (1 to 99).
- Minimum and maximum tightening time for a single bolt.
- Determination of the removal behavior.
- Key lock - so that the operator does not accidentally change the parameters.
What's more, it is possible to attach an additional component that can control the screwdriver and report the current operating status using the PLC interface.
