1. Data controller

2. Purposes, legal bases and retention

Providing data is voluntary, but without it you cannot create an account or place an order. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects. Please do not enter personal data into the AI assistant.

3. Recipients of data

courier and forwarding companies (e.g. UPS, DB Schenker, InPost, GlobKurier) – to the extent needed for delivery,
payment operators: ING Bank Śląski S.A. (imoje) and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.,
hosting, e-mail and text message providers,
our accounting office and legal advisers,
tool providers: Google (reCAPTCHA, Sign in with Google, Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads), OpenAI (AI assistant, ad pixel), New Relic, LiveChat,
public authorities – where required by law.

4. Transfers outside the EEA

Google, New Relic and OpenAI may process data in the United States. Transfers are based on the European Commission's decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies) or on the Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can get information about the safeguards by writing to sklep@pneumatig.eu.

5. Your rights

object to processing based on legitimate interest, including marketing,
withdraw consent at any time – without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, write to sklep@pneumatig.eu. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) – or with the authority in your country.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies include the browser's local storage and measurement pixels – together we call them "cookies".

On your first visit we show a banner. You can accept all cookies, reject them or choose purposes. Closing the banner with the X means rejection. Necessary cookies always work, because the shop cannot work without them. The others are used only with your consent. Your choice is stored in the "pg_consent" cookie for 12 months.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time – as easily as you gave it – via the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer or here: Open cookie settings

When you withdraw consent, we delete our analytics and advertising cookies that can be removed from the shop's page. Cookies set by other domains (e.g. doubleclick.net) can be deleted in your browser settings.

Google Consent Mode

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you consent, Google tags do not store analytics or advertising cookies. They may, however, send Google signals without cookie identifiers (e.g. a page view and the consent state), which Google uses to estimate statistics.

You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from shopping.
