CD desiccant dehumidifiers

Atlas Copco

Top-quality components guarantee trouble-free operation.

The modern design of the dehumidifiers ensures low pressure drop and increased reliability.

The standard filling with the highest quality molecular sieve allows to achieve a wide range of pressure dew point temperatures (-40 ° C and -70 ° C). The excess adsorbent in the cartridges prevents its aging and excessive air flow velocity. Integrated exhaust filtration ensures quick handling of the dehumidifiers.

Easy connection to the system thanks to the duplicated inlet and outlet.

The dehumidifier can be installed in both vertical and horizontal position.

Integrated silencers ensure extremely low noise levels.

Electronic controller with regenerative air saving function.

Electronic display with IP 65 protection against water and dust.

Advantages and benefits :

Durable and reliable:

The dryers are designed, built and tested to withstand the harshest conditions of service sites.

Check valves and regeneration nozzles are integrated with polycarbonate inserts. The desiccant tanks are stamped with aluminum to prevent corrosion.

Each desiccant cartridge has an integrated post-filter which saves space, simplifies installation and reduces the possibility of leakage at connections. The dehumidifiers can operate at operating pressures up to 16 bar (e) and temperatures up to 50 ° C.

Energy saving and cost-effective:

Low pressure drop in all dryer models Regenerative air saving feature as standard Possibility adaptation of the regeneration air consumption to operating conditions (optional)

Ease of use:

Advanced controller provides full information about the dryer - operating cycle status, automatic error diagnosis and alarms

No need to disconnect the dryer from the mains during operation .

It is possible to reverse the inlet and outlet of the dryer.

The dryer can also be controlled remotely.

The parameters of the adsorption dryers are given for the following ambient conditions:

compressed air inlet temperature: + 35 ° C

compressed air inlet pressure: 7 bar

compressed air inlet relative humidity: 100%

those snow dew point: - 40 ° C

For different dryer operating conditions its nominal parameters should be corrected by the following factors:

Pressure dew point correction:

for -20 ° C * - Kd × 1, * for -40 ° C * - Kd × 1, * for -70 ° C

- Kd × 0.7

Compressed air temperature correction at the inlet: < h2> for 20 ° C * - Kt × 1.07; * for 25 ° C * - Kt × 1.06; * at 30 ° C * - Kt × 1.04; * for 35 ° C * - Kt × 1.00; * for 40 ° C * - Kt × 0.88; * for 45 ° C * - Kt × 0.67; * for 50 ° C - Kt × 0.55.

Correction for compressed air pressure at the inlet:

for 4 bar * - Kp × 0.62; * for 5 bar * - Kp × 0.75; * for 6 bar * - Kp × 0.87; * for 7 bar * - Kp × 1.00; * for 8 bar * - Kp × 1.12; * for 9 bar * - Kp × 1.25; * for 10 bar * - Kp × 1.37; * for 11 bar * - Kp × 1.50; * for 12 bar * - Kp × 1.62; * for 13 bar * - Kp × 1.75; * for 14 bar * - Kp × 1.87; * for 15 bar * - Kp × 2.00; * for 16 bar

- Kp × 2.12
