What does working at Pneumatig look like?
We are a 17-person team that has been working together for over 25 years, of which the shortest-working person has been with us for 10 years and the longest - from the very beginning. There are no bosses, gentlemen, presidents, etc. everyone knows what is required of him and everyone feels that they are playing "to the common goal".
The people working here did everything to make everyone feel at home here, as we spend a large part of our lives at work, we believe that the atmosphere at the workplace is the most important feature of a successful company and everyone working here shares this opinion. Age range in Pneumatig? 80% are young people in the 25-45 age range.
The company is managed by 2 people, who, however, have the last opinion in key decisions (however, a ship without a captain will not go far), but are open to any ideas and you can agree on all matters. There are no managers here. Nobody is blaming mistakes here, all mankind learns from mistakes.
